Return Window
You can return your purchase within one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Return Shipping
If you return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For returns made after 30 days, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Not be damaged or altered in any way
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rivercountrygear.com. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
