River Country Products has a one-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. We also have a 30-day return and refund policy. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
In the event of a defect or warranty claim River Country Products will, at its option: (i) provide a replacement or (ii) issue a refund up to the amount you paid for the product. Returns or picture evidence of defective products may be required on a case-by-case basis prior to any refund or replacement being issued.
