Bought the Trekker Tent 2V as a second tent as it had the vestibule.. Loved it.. This worked much better than the Trekker 2.2 and air flow was also great.. Used it twice now and have no condensation issues with it nor any leaks.. Followed the guidelines and water proofed the exteriors and the seam gaps on the exterior for double measure.
We have yet to use the tent BUT the customer service was amazing! I emailed letting them know we were in a time crunch as my husband was headed out west to help fight fires and it was last minute so we ordered the tent in hopes it would arrive in time. They emailed back shortly after and assured me they would get it out that day and they did. We can’t wait to use this tent on our future adventures! Thank y’all for getting it shipped asap! And thank you for offering such a wonderful price on your items!
This tent has surpassed my expectations! Super easy to set up and take down. I love the light weight and the fact that it can be set up with just the fly or the inner mesh. My husband and I are planning a thru hike of several long trails and we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on those high priced brands. This wonderful product more than fit our budget and it is top quality and very well made. I thought I might need to get a ground sheet for it but the bottom of the tent is super tough and there's no need for a ground sheet. Thank you RCP for doing what you do!
Amazing tent at an affordable price could not be happier
Absolutely amazing tent. First time backpacker here. We headed to snow (which I know this tent isn’t technically rated for) and it was a perfect setup. I accidentally pitched the tent the wrong direction on a slope, so I needed to sleep with my head at the foot end, but it was still plenty of room to get situated in my sleeping bag. It was a windy night and nothing entered the tent, which was great! Easily the best $65 I’ve spent on camping gear.
